Thank you for the notification, issues can occur from time to time BUT the fact that no one answer any support mail for 5 days now and the fact that you do not maintain full transparency (you didn't update about the DDOS on the site, i had to discover it from this forum) might damage your reputation. as a full disclosure, i have been using your services for several times and was more then happy in the past, my concern is only about the past few days. EDIT: 14/10/2013 3:15pm GMT the payment was fully sent by them and received on my end, they were nice enough to give a coupon for any future transaction. i just wish that the email support was better and that they worked in a higher transparency - other then that i can't complain.
  2. I have been waiting for your transaction for 4 days now (Before the DDOS), I tried to contact you on every email you've published including Skype & Ticket system and got no reply. please make sure you reply to clients.
