The recent hard fork (on January 10th) introduced some major improvements to Monero's privacy. Unfortunately, due to the client-side nature of MyMonero, there is a LOT of work still to be done for us to support the creation of these new transactions in the browser. It may take us several weeks, at least, to get this functionality working. In the meantime, you are still able to use MyMonero to send funds received before the hard fork (ie. before January 10th), but newer funds are not yet spendable on MyMonero.
These changes affect all lightweight wallets, including the upcoming Jaxx addition of Monero, but you are still able to use the official Monero GUI or CLI wallet to send funds if you need to do so urgently.
