The promissory note is an unconditional order for payment that is accepted throughout the world. On the EBS platform notes can be emitted, sold, bought or exchanged in accordance with international bills and notes laws. This means that, among other things, investor’s rights are protected by law.

 

All transactions and exchanges within the system are done using SMART CONTRACTS and the BLOCKCHAIN technology: nothing can be stolen or falsified, all operations are transparent.

 

 

Security is one of the strongest aspects of our project. Investor security is guaranteed by bills and notes laws. The security of operations is ensured by smart contracts, and the security of transactions is ensured by the blockchain technology.

 

 

The EBS EVR Token

 

 

The EVR Token is intended to facilitate financial operations between users of the system both online and offline. The EVR token is always has the worth of €1.

 

The EBS EVR Token is a record of existing offline legal relations between investors and emitters. Thanks to this record, no new legal relations can emerge afterwards, and all operations with promissory notes are subject to the Geneva Convention Providing a Uniform Law For Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes. One advantage of the note over other securities is that, according to this convention, in case of non-payment by the emitter, payment can be obtained by court decision anywhere in the world, bypassing court proceedings.

HOW IT WORKS

 

 

Promissory notes will be stored in the EBS according to the contract with the note holder in the country chosen by the emitter.

The note holder may initiate a note ownership transfer. In this case, a smart contract is created and a primary endorsement record is created in the blockchain along with a unique contract ID, which is needed for the unrestricted transfer of ownership (which is also recorded into the blockchain) afterwards.

The linked ID can then be transferred to another token user who can receive their payouts by activating an EBS account. Users will be able to put a single note or a block of those for sale on the market and name their own price.

A note is mailed to a user upon its expiry or at their request.

Also, an official exchange will be created, where users will be able to sell or exchange their currencies for Euro (at the rate of 0,97 EUR for 1 RVN token).

Member companies of our project will have a platform for purchasing promotion services installed. A mobile app for investors and other users, where they can access the broker’s board, use other EBS services and exchange currencies will be created as well.

A total of 1,000,000,000 EVR tokens will be emitted, with 50,000,000 of them being sold during the ICO at discount prices. The remaining 950,000,000 tokens will be available for purchase in our exchange service at the rate of 0,97 EUR for 1 EVR token, or used for recording offline operations, thus preventing a possible fall in the price of emitted tokens!
