Доброе время суток. Пытаюсь прошить через флешку, при переключении 4 джампера загораются 2 светодиода ( красный зеленый ) и ноль. Ставлю джампер на место, прошивка не меняется. по ssh прошить не могу, стоит майская 2019 года прошивка.

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, на чипах bm1387b нанесена точка это означает что второй контакт? Как бы намекая верно установить? И еще кто шарит посмотрите фото первый раз менял чип правильно ли установлен по контактам?

всем добрый вечер есть тестер для s9 скопировал флэшку с него. как нужно поставить джамперы на контрольке от S9 чтоб она загружалась с флэшки

заранее спасибо

что серьезно замкнуть микросхему памяти

 

то что там описано, описано для перепрошивки контрольки. мне нужно чтоб контролька запустилась с флэш карты и смогла работать как тэстер это возможно?

Я так полагаю вы пытаетесь контрольку на Xilinx заставить работать как тестер? Это невозможно, тестер собран на контрольке с Cyclon5 (старая версия контрольки для S9).

спасибо понял. буду делать на основе контрольки от z9 mini

Как знают все ремонтники, плавающий дефект самый поганый. Строгой диагностики поддаются только стабильные неисправности. Вот и в вашем случае точных советов вряд ли можно дать. Скажу только из личного опыта. ASIC[x], где  x число якобы работающих чипов, совсем не означает, что неисправен x+1 чип, а только значит что любой за x. Мрут чипы чаще всего на границе доменов. Много холодной пайки. Чипы ревизии "B" мрут чаще. У чипов часто отрывает ноги.

Многие из этих дефектов ведут к нестабильному проявлению неисправности, в основном с прогревом, повышением частоты или повышением напряжения. Первые два в основном связанны с контактом. А вот последний более хитрый. Вся проблема в совершенно не логичной китайской схемотехнике. Из нее вытекают перекосы питания доменов и обрывы в прохождении сигнала опроса через всю цепочку чипов. Дело в том, что сигнал на границе доменов приходит или возвращается в чип с уровнем 1,8 В, но относительно уровня земли соседнего домена. Соответственно к нему нужно прибавить или вычесть напряжение питания домена. И если с уровнем RI в 2.2-2.3 вольта чипы вроде справляются, то вот занижение уровня до 1,3 В  особенно на RST не все чипы воспринимают и уходят в глухую несознанку. Замечено, что чипы без ревизии "B" легче это переносят.

Чтобы понимать что происходит в схеме, нужно четко представлять себе как работает интерфейс чипов и как они обмениваются в цепочке. По суте это обычный UART. Но есть несколько особенностей. 

1. Все сигналы проходят последовательно через чипы и если один чип хандрит, то пропадают все чипы за ним, а если он в добавок ложит линию RI в ноль, то встает вся цепочка (да, тот самый ASIC[0]).

2. Чипы на линии адресуются программно, но после сброса они все имеют адрес 0 и для того чтобы они все хором не отвечали в линию до того как им будет присвоены уникальные адреса, применяется сигнал BO (busy output), высокий уровень которого запрещает чипам отвечать, т.о. если BO после неисправного чипа высокий, то все чипы за ним покорно молчат, ожидая освобождение линии.

3. Активный уровень сигнала RST низкий, т.е. при нем все чипы находятся в состоянии сброс.. Чтобы чип работал RST должен быть высоким. На границе доменов его уровень падает до 1.3-1.4 В, что некоторые чипы иногда воспринимают как сброс, видимо это на границе уровня переключения. 

4. Ну и CO и RI это обычные RX и TX, активный уровень низкий, при отсутствии обмена пассивный уровень высокий. То что вошло на CO 1-го чипа сквозняком дойдет до последнего. И соответственно, какая бы фигня не появилась на выходе RI последнего чипа, она дойдет до первого и уйдет в контрольку.  (CO и RI  даны относительно контрольных точек, на чипах это соответственно CI и RO).

Т.о. берите вольтметр и осциллограф в руки и смотрите сигналы вокруг 3-го и 4-го чипов (как правило хватает вольтметра). Если как вы говорит перезагрузка помогает то крутитесь вокруг уровня сигнала RST.

 

P.S. Возможно вы все это итак знали, просто выдалось свободное время и решил написать, может кому еще будет интересно, схемотехника нетривиальная, потому многие чинят тыкаясь наобум. Да и улыбает, как некоторые здесь утверждают, что без ASIC-тестера ну прям никуда. Шнурок от сотового (преобразователь USB - UART) и пара строчек в терминалке дают пользы неменьше ( да неудобно, зато бесплатно 🙂 )

Принесли плату, с отвалившимся чипом, на чипе остались пятачки от 17, 18 и 25 контактов. Попробовал посадить без них, не заработала. Есть у кого схема, куда можно протянуть дорожки?

Причем плата управления? Там 2 лезвия в отвале. Без них запусти контрольку и посмотри логи, если на нее грешишь.

Здравствуйте, кто может сказать в чем дело. На двух асиках перестали крутить вентиляторы оба. Когда включаю, то ни один не крутит вообще и только слышно как  на блоке питания работает кулер. Что делать? вентиляторы переставлял с одного на другой, толку 0. Они вставляются в разьемы на контрольной плате, поэтому может быть причина в ней?

У меня чаще подгорал контакт питания именно красный провод - менял контакт на штекере и зачищал ответный на плате .

Разговор был только за тот чип (место его установки) который был на вашем фото. Если говорить в общем за всю плату, то эти пины задействованы только у 62 и 63 чипа для датчика температуры и светодиодов обмена соответственно. На совсем старых ревизиях плат RF задействован на 1-м чипе.

25-й контакт задействован только на первом чипе. Между 24 и 25 контактами вешается кварц.

Смотрите внимательней в микроскоп, если есть дорога то ее видно.

      Имеется блок питания Astec AA23920L 2880W купленный на Али.  Проблема:  Блок отпахал год при нагрузке 2200вт. Этим летом вырубился. Теперь при нагрузке даже в 600 Вт сам отключается...  При нагрузке в 500 Вт работает не больше 2 суток. Потом тоже отключается, помогает только перезагрузка.   Порекомендуйте как можно полечить или что может быть ???

      Вчера на мероприятии World Digital Mining Summit сооснователь Bitmain Цзихань У анонсировал новые модели ASIC-майнеров серии S17 с увеличенным количеством чипов - Antminer S17+ и Antminer T17+.   «Новые майнеры стали более производительными и энергоэффективными. Хэшрейт Antminer S17+ равен 73 Тх/с, а показатель энергоэффективности равен 40 Дж/Тх плюс-минус 10%. У Antminer T17+ хэшрейт равен 64 Тх/с, а энергоэффективность 50 Дж/Тх + 10%», - написано в блоге компании Bitmain.
