Гайс, чем можно заменить уплотнительную прокладку возле 6 пин ? Ин на что ее можно посадить ?

Добрый день. Имеется асик s9i 13.5, одна хеш плата чудит. Показывает все 63 чипа живых, но майнинг не стартует. по Напряжениям на всех чипах получается что CLK = 0.9, СО = 1.8, Ri = 1.8, BO = 0,  RST = 1.7. после того как майнинг запускается, СО = 1,35 на всех чипах. LOG запуска прикреплен ниже.

После начала майнинга на чипах верхнего и нижнего ряда RI =  2,2, а на всех остальных 1,8. Температура чипов не повышается, проверка кулеров отключена в прошивке. Из проделанного прошивка, перепрошивка, на стоковую. Результатов нет. Виноват ли 63 чип,что после него не идет сигнал в контрольку?

Это не стоковая прошивка.Поставьте стоковую с автофреком и покажите кернал лог от нее.

А вообще, поменяйте 31-й чип.

Как Вы определили что это именно 31 чип? На стоковой прошивке он стоял не долго, было решено прошить с автотюном, позже скину лог со стоковой.

умерли сразу несколько чипов подряд начиная с 28 по 34.?

Прошу прощения, глянул по диагонали, не обратил внимание что ошибки CRC не 0. У вас какой-то чип дуркует и сыпет мусор в шину. Функция определения кол-ва чипов в софте простая - делит все что пришло в ответ на длину пакета, в том числе считает и мусор. Поэтому гуляет кол-во чипов. Это также может быть связанно с плаваньем 1.8В в каком-то домене (проседает под нагрузкой, или не стабилизирует и плавает пропорционально входу), тогда чипы в этом домене начинают гнать.

Из доступного - попробуйте поставить прошивку от MSK с почиповой установкой частоты. Выставьте все чипы в минимум (200 МГц), если пойдет хэш - повышайте частоту, возможно найдете нестабильный чип или домен. Если при этом есть возможность охлаждать плату и смотреть осциллографом, то найдете гораздо быстрее.

8В мало. 1,8В в домене получается через лдо которое подключается плюсом к плюс пятому домену от текущего, т.е. на него приходит (8/21)*5=1,9. И это не считая небаланса по доменам, т.е. может прийти еще меньше. Дроп на примененных LDO 100-400 мВ в зависимости от нагрузки. Экспериментально проверенно что асик-чипы держатся до снижения порядка 1.3-1.4В Сами понимаете 8В маловато. Большинство плат с завода настроены на 8,9В.

P.S. Сразу не смекнул, но сейчас подумал (так то это на автомате делается и об этом не помнишь), а у вас не проблема ли "протертых кружочков" коротящих на корпус?

Это было ради эксперимента. Пробовал исправную плату по контрольным точкам проверить. Все напряжения были идентичны.

Подожду пока приедут с алика чипы, постараюсь найти неисправный чип(35 -36) потом далее буду смотреть. 

 

Кто может даст норм продавца чипов, на авито через одного кидалы. С алика ждать долго.

Все манипуляции проводились вне корпуса, на коленке грубо говоря.

А у второй платы питание 10в появляется на секунд 5 - 20, и исчезает на столько же. и постоянно так скачет. при этом на чипах rst 1,68 где успели померили. в какую сторону двигаться? микросхема up9305w на седьмой ноге во время  отсутствия 10в питания 0в, когда есть питание тогда 2,3 в. куда копать? из-за чего может скакать питание чипов?

ссх не работает на битмайновской 19года. 

а так кидаешь разархивированную прошивку куда нить в тмп, даешь права на ранми.сш запускаешь его, ребутаешься

Прошился, поднялся SSH но с SD до сих пор нет возможности загрузиться.

так и пишет /usr/bin/bmminer: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libresolver.so.1: undefined symbol: check_egrep

кто нибудь может объяснить что делает джампер JP1-4 и как починить загрузку с SD?

Насколько я понял JP4 это не рекавери кирпича рас оно перестало работать. какойто скрипт прошивальщик нанд ?

И еще хотел спросить до кучи) в логе пишет "miner total rate=9599GH/s fixed rate=9500GH/s" 3 платы по 63 асика определились и добывает естественно не больше 9.5TH/s, как вывести на родные 13.5 ? прошивка последняя родная.

Подскажите, на одной хеш-плате температура скачет постоянно... При каждом обновлении 67-75-66-104-67-84-67-76.... Это же датчик какой-то перепаять нужно?

Сколько стоит отремонтировать? В личку, пжлст.

@LavSug больше похоже на баги прошивки, не встречал таких дефектов термодатчика. Не исключаю такой возможности, но скорее всего все же дело в прошивке.

По теме... В асике 3 платы, почему из-за ПО может глючить только одна?

Я переставил платы местами, крайнюю (проблемную) поставил в центр... Так теперь все та же плата глючит... Причем здесь ПО?

Правда уже недели три работает, я сначала напрягся когда увидел температуру 90+, но это только эта плата... Остальные 66 стабильно...

Вот она у меня теперь 76, две крайние 66... Но температура на средней плате периодически скачет...  Хотя "на скорость не влияет" (с)
