Who knows in what order the hash of the previous block

Who knows in what order the hash of the previous block, the root of the merkle and the nonce are hashed to produce the hash of the next bitcoin block?

The block's hash code prior to it in the chain. The blocks are kept in a chronological, linear order by this hash, which functions as a reference.
